SIMONE HAMILTON

 

Simone specialises in womens' fitness and trains the ladies during the day; either in private, or friendly small group classes. She tailors each work-out to the needs and requirements of each woman - depending on their level of fitness.

She caters to all levels of fitness and can incorporate into your workout: thai boxing, boxing, self defence, yoga, pilates, toning exercises, and general fitness - all of which will keep you fit, help you lose weight, and tone up - all whilst having fun too!

Simone has previously entered the Race for Life and other charity runs, along with the other women that train in the gym, which gives everyone something to work towards.
