LADIES TRAINING

 

We offer ladies a wide range of options. You can train in the day; one to one or in small groups, or on an evening with the mixed adults classes.

Into your workout we can incorporate: Thai Boxing, Boxing, Self Defence, Toning/Strengthening Exercises, Yoga, Pilates and General Fitness.

This can help you: lose weight, tone up, keep fit and also learn a sport.

Neil Walton also does one to one Krav Maga lessons (telephone to enquire about his availability).
