ADULTS TRAINING

 

There are a wide range of options adults have to train. You can train in mixed larger classes on the night, in smaller classes in the day or one to one classes, also in the day. You can also come in and do your own thing on the bags and exercise machines.

We can train you in: Thai boxing, Amateur Boxing, Pro Boxing, General Fitness, Exercising to Tone Up and Lose Weight, Krav Maga and Self Defence.
